During the 14-day pilot, there is no charge. After the pilot, you may continue on a paid monthly retainer. You can cancel anytime with no penalty.3. Our Responsibilities
We strive to provide reliable service using AI technology. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or that every call will result in a booking. We are not liable for any missed opportunities or business losses.4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and complying with all applicable laws (including TCPA consent rules for calls and texts). You must not use the service for illegal purposes.5. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by saying “stop” or “opt out” during a call, replying STOP to any text, or emailing us. We will honor opt-out requests immediately.6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Merle Holdings, LLC and EchoBook AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.7. Governing Law
